Steps to make a room reservation:
1. Go to the room reservation page and create an account. You must use your Bay Path email address when creating your account. Creation of an account constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions laid out in the Hatch Library Study Room Policy.
2. Confirm your email address and log back into the room reservation page.
3. Reserve the room you want for up to 2 hours. See room descriptions below.
*Lower Level Classroom: Max: 15 people. Overhead projector and computer in room.
*Lower Level Study Room #1: Max: 2 people. Computer in room. Located next to Classroom.
Lower Level Study Room #2: Max: 2-3 people. Located across from Spiritual Reflection Room.
*Main Floor Study Room: Max: 6 people.
*Second Floor Study Room: Max: 10-12 people. Computer and large screen television in room.
*Please note that others may need to get into these rooms to access library materials.
