The Bay Path Archives, housed in the Hatch Library on the main campus in Longmeadow, documents and preserves the history of the University, from its foundation in 1897 to the present day. The Archives includes selected Bay Path publications, faculty and student publications, institutional and academic documents, University committee records, Board of Trustees records, administrative records, photographs, publicity, and student life records. It contains material that is of interest to students, faculty, staff, researchers, and alumni, such as yearbooks, photographs, and other information about life at Bay Path throughout its history.
With funding provided through a federal IMLS grant to the Boston Public Library, the Hatch Library began to digitize selected content from the Bay Path Archives in 2013.
